Nudura Standard Block
The Nudura® standard block measures 8' long by 18" high. The polypropylene webs are located 8" on centre along the block.
There are steel pins located near the top and bottom of each web, allowing the block to fold flat on itself.
Foam thickness is 2 5/8" on each side, making the overall block width as follows:
- 4" core: 9 1/4"
- 6" core: 11 1/4"
- 8" core: 13 1/4"
- 10" core: 15 1/4"
- 12" core: 17 1/4"
The interlock design means there is no top or bottom, left or right direction.
The top of each web is designed to accept different rebar sizes from 10M to 20M.
The thermal value of the block is R24.
Nudura® also makes a Taper Top block.
Not recommended for Vancouver due to heat loss at ground level.
Nudura XR35 Block
The Nudura® XR35 block measures 8' long by 18" high. The polypropylene webs are located 8" on centre along the block.
There are steel pins located near the top and bottom of each web, allowing the block to fold flat on itself.
Foam thickness is 4" on each side, making the overall block width as follows:
- 8" core: 16" overall width
The interlock design means there is no top or bottom, left or right direction.
The top of each web is designed to accept different rebar sizes from 10M to 20M.
Only the 8" wall thickness is available at this time.
The thermal value of the block is R35.
Nudura Taper Top
The Nudura® brick ledge block measures 8' long by 18" high. The polypropylene webs are 8" on centre.
Foam thickness is 2 5/8", making the overall block width as follows:
- 6" core: 11 1/4"
- 8" core: 13 1/4"
The Taper Top is used to cover the interlock at the top of a wall, preventing concrete from getting into the interlock.

Nudura Standard Brick Ledge
The Nudura® Taper Top block measures 8' long by 18" high. The polypropylene webs are 8" on centre.
The brick ledge allows the wall to continue above the brick ledge while providing a concrete width of 3-7/8".
Nudura also manufactures a "brick ledge extension" which can be attached to the outside of a standard block using 6" screws and plastic washers.
The foam is cut away between the webs to allow the concrete in the wall to flow into the ledge extension. The extension provides greater flexibility (can be installed at any height), however it is more labour intensive.

Nudura 90º Corner Block
As the corner block is fully reversible, there is no separate left or right hand corner — you simply flip the block over.
The corners are available in 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" concrete core sizes.
The deep 1" interlock, positioned at right angles to the direction of the form, provides excellent resistance to corner blowout from concrete pressure.
As the upper and lower webs interlock into each other, this provides additional strength in preventing the shearing of the foam interlocks at the corners.
For shipping, the web on the short end is slid out, allowing the corner to fold flat and reduce shipping size by over 50%. When ready to install, the web is reinserted to restore rigidity.
Thermal performance is R24.
Nudura XR35 Corner Block

Nudura Vertical Joint Hook
The Vertical Joint Hook (VJH) is used to connect blocks together on the first two rows above the footing.
This allows the first two rows to behave as a single beam, making it easier to identify high and low spots in the footing. Once identified, low areas can be shimmed to ensure the first two levels are perfectly level.
We recommend using four VJHs for each ICF joint.
For corner joints, use two VJHs as you continue building the wall. Hooks are not required in the middle of the wall.

Nudura 12" Optimizer
The Optimizer is sized 12" × 48" to enable wall heights in multiples of 18", 9", 12", and 6".
There is currently no corner Optimizer available.
The block is designed to withstand full hydraulic loading.

Nudura 13" Height Adjuster
The height adjuster consists of two panels measuring 3" high by 32" long.
Four ties are inserted into the slots of each panel to assemble the block.
The block is designed to withstand full hydraulic loading.

Nudura One Series Standard Form
This form is sized 18" × 96" and is used where a concrete surface is required on one side of the wall.
Insulation values can be increased through the addition of inserts.
A special jig is available for rapid assembly on the job site.

Nudura One Series Corner Form
This corner form is designed to be compatible with standard corners and is used where a concrete surface is required on one side of the wall.
Insulation values can be increased through the addition of inserts.

Nudura Custom Radius
Custom radius blocks are available from Nudura® in wall thicknesses ranging from 4" to 12".
The inside foam is factory-cut to achieve the exact required radius.
Sufficient lead time is required for manufacturing.
